Terms of Services
1. Independent Suppliers
All services, including transport, hotels, restaurants, and tours, are provided by independent suppliers. Go Antigua Tours arranges these services for your convenience but is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
2. No Employment Relationship
There is no master-servant or agency relationship between Go Antigua Tours and the suppliers. Each supplier is fully responsible for their own service.
3. Liability
Go Antigua Tours cannot be held liable for injury, loss, damage, sickness, accidents, delays, or any issues caused by suppliers, their staff, or during your stay. Baggage is always at the owner’s risk.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival – no charge.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior – 50% charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior – 100% charge.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and release Go Antigua Tours from claims related to the acts of suppliers.
